Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will contact you via email if there is a significant delay.

International Shipping
International shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in our product prices. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping information is correct. ME VERSUS ME is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
